This website (https://sevenity.in) and associated booking services are operated by Sevenity (operating under Sevenity Stagecraft), located at Chinnapa Layout Rd, THE DEFENCE ENCLAVE, Kothanur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560077, India.

Sevenity provides acoustically treated jam room rentals, rehearsal facilities, music gear through the Sevenity Store, and music education through Sevenity School of Music. We are committed to safeguarding your personal information and handling your data transparently and securely.

We collect only information reasonably required to deliver our studio, booking, and store services:

• Account Information: Your full name and email address when you create an account, sign in via email, or sign in using Google.
• Booking & Reservation Details: Customer name, 10-digit telephone number, booking date, scheduled hourly time slots, session category (such as Jam Room / Studio rehearsal), and booking reference identifiers.
• Payment Verification Information: Transaction references and user-uploaded payment proof screenshots (PNG or JPG) required to verify UPI payments.
• Technical & Log Data: Standard HTTP request data, browser type, operating system, IP address, and access timestamps automatically recorded by our cloud hosting and security infrastructure to defend against unauthorized access and maintain server integrity.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as biometric information, government identification numbers, or unrelated personal records.

Sevenity provides the option to sign in using your Google Account through Google OAuth. When you choose "Continue with Google":

• We request access strictly to standard, non-sensitive identity scopes: email and profile (your name and verified email address).
• This information is used solely to authenticate your identity, create or link your Sevenity account, and pre-populate your booking confirmations.
• No Access to Personal Google Data: Customer Google Sign-In does not grant Sevenity access to your personal Google Calendar, Google Drive, Gmail messages, contacts, or any other private Google account resources.

Our platform includes a Google Calendar synchronization feature designed exclusively for Sevenity studio administrators. This administrative integration is used solely by authorized staff to sync confirmed studio bookings with the internal studio operations calendar.

This administrative feature is strictly isolated from customer accounts. Customer sign-in never prompts for or connects to your personal calendar.

Booking information is processed and retained for the following operational purposes:

• Creating and managing studio reservations for your band or session.
• Determining real-time studio availability and preventing conflicting or double-booked slots.
• Issuing official booking confirmations and transaction references.
• Facilitating authorized rescheduling requests made within the permitted 24-hour advance window.
• Maintaining customer booking histories accessible within your dashboard.

Sevenity accepts payments via direct UPI (Unified Payments Interface) or authorized offline payment at the studio:

• Customers initiate UPI payments by scanning the studio QR code or transferring directly to Sevenity's official UPI ID (sevenitystagecraft@okaxis) using their preferred UPI application (e.g., Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or mobile banking apps).
• Transactions occur directly through the secure National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) / banking network between your bank and Sevenity's merchant account.
• We Do Not Store Financial Credentials: Sevenity does not collect, store, or have access to credit or debit card numbers, CVVs, expiration dates, net-banking passwords, or UPI PINs.
• Customers provide a payment screenshot or transaction reference number solely for administrative verification to confirm and lock the reserved studio slot.

When you make a booking, the phone number you provide may be used to deliver transactional messages, such as booking confirmations, payment verification status, schedule changes, or studio directions.

These notifications may be delivered through automated messaging infrastructure (such as Meta WhatsApp Cloud API or Twilio WhatsApp) or directly by studio administrators. We do not use your phone number for unsolicited third-party telemarketing or spam.

Your information is used strictly for legitimate business and service operations:

• Authenticating your account and maintaining secure sessions.
• Processing, confirming, and managing your jam room and studio bookings.
• Enforcing studio availability rules and preventing slot conflicts.
• Providing customer support, responding to inquiries, and assisting with rescheduling.
• Protecting against fraud, security incidents, and abuse of studio resources.
• Meeting regulatory, tax, and accounting requirements under applicable Indian laws.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with trusted infrastructure service providers necessary to operate our website and services:

• Database & Authentication Hosting: Supabase (PostgreSQL database and authentication infrastructure with encrypted data storage).
• Web Hosting & Edge Delivery: Cloud hosting infrastructure (Next.js / Vercel) for serving web pages securely over HTTPS.
• Identity Provider: Google Identity Services (when you explicitly choose Google authentication).
• Messaging Providers: Meta WhatsApp Cloud API or Twilio for transactional booking alerts.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by applicable law, court order, or valid governmental authority.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security controls to protect your data, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, secure HTTP-only session cookies, and role-based access restrictions on administrative databases.

While we take all reasonable precautions to protect personal information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is entirely invulnerable. We encourage users to maintain secure, unique passwords and protect their login credentials.

We retain personal data for as long as your account remains active or as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including completing bookings, maintaining accurate financial and tax records, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements.

Unconfirmed or expired booking drafts are automatically cleared from active reservation queues.

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, or request the permanent deletion of your account and personal details.
